Back story
Tinker goes by that name as he doesn't remember his original first or middle name. In harpy culture, on planet Mielliki (home to many mythological creatures, but not all), the middle name is the mothers name and the last is the males lineage name. He has a daughter named Tondei, Ton-ton for a nickname. He died in the 7 week war wth Earth at the age of 42, but has a very strong will so was able to keep himself in the mortal realm. He found an old repair droid and modified it to his liking. Tinker goes professionally as Bhastia (ba-sss-chya) and has a tendency to, well, tinker with things. He is the chief mechanic of his division. As of now he is in space in another dimension near a variant of Earth (The Earth in Mielliki's dimension is imperialistic and is taking resources from the planet of myth) .

Personality
Tinker is somewhat sarcastic and biased against humans of any kind. He thinks Earth engineering is a joke compared to Mielliki technology. Tinker is also cocky since he can't die or be removed from the mortal plane. He also has next to no sympathy for most living things he encounters and will find an excuse to hone his fighting skills on them. When offered food, drink or other amenities not required by a dead man, he plays along in a comical manner to insult the stupidity of the offerer. He will only tinker with things if it has some value, like helping him in combat or travel. One thing to remember is that he despises humans for their greed, but will still be compassionate with those that prove themselves to be good-willed.

-if the robotic shell is destroyed Tinker can still control other objects that are articulated in some way, like other robots, but Tinker will attempt to prevent damage to his shell.
-Tinker prefers vehicles with more trunk space and armor.
-He loathes hip hop and jazz from that mess of a culture that is Earth.
-Plasma saw can cut through metal at the same speed a knife can cut through butter.
